Maples was the man behind the great show, which featured a full card of matches and several other wrestlers there for a meet-and-greet.</p><p>Since then, Maples has promoted several more events, although he has relocated them to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Heroes and Legends XXI has not yet been announced, but I will report on it when it is.</p><p>The current Heavyweight champ is Anthony Toatele. My old friend from Resistance Pro Wrestling Sugar Dunkerton is the Smoky Mountain Champ.</p><p>Although not at one of his shows, Maples met actor and comedian Tom Arnold. Now there are two characters! Arnold has shown his skills on television, in movies and in clubs. He has been through a lot, but he is still performing.</p><p>For more info on Maples and his events, go to <b><a href="http://HeroesandLegendsWrestling.com">HeroesandLegendsWrestling.com</a></b>. Check back here for my recurring coverage.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0libFPplgWAUC6zJ07vb-5k15hpYCV924-kG2gihsOC1_P-xEaXT8OFDzhRM5NkWr3-X5mJCMHPTdn1i86NJfvt0Mvxx3km5GsKS-v44KxSm2DlMlXn9uLGpuyRbIdMTkVtD84c9oNOM84cohBf1pKkeMRk9w3aoXMLniahv0132tzmgxhuelWdWL/s1794/Friends.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1794" data-original-width="1124" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0libFPplgWAUC6zJ07vb-5k15hpYCV924-kG2gihsOC1_P-xEaXT8OFDzhRM5NkWr3-X5mJCMHPTdn1i86NJfvt0Mvxx3km5GsKS-v44KxSm2DlMlXn9uLGpuyRbIdMTkVtD84c9oNOM84cohBf1pKkeMRk9w3aoXMLniahv0132tzmgxhuelWdWL/s320/Friends.jpg" width="200" /></a></div><p style="text-align: center;">Jayson Maples and Tom Arnold in Gatlinburg, TN-July 2022.</p>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-55971216515678471842024-03-17T06:00:00.035-05:002024-03-17T06:00:00.135-05:00Celebrity Jersey Cards #679 Ryan Seacrest & Bill Stangis<p>Celebrity Jersey Cards is a weekly series in which I create virtual trading cards for celebrities wearing jerseys.</p><p>Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Ryan Seacrest has gained fame as a television host for far too many shows to list. In September, he will add <i>Wheel of Fortune </i>to his already impressive resume. Although a master, Seacrest will have a challenge following legendary Pat Sajak. I have no doubt Seacrest will be okay, but what will the ratings show? Seacrest delighted fans when he wore a Los Angeles Kings game for an on-ice ceremony to earn his Celebrity Jersey card.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggubM5vzBbYa3A6cFMNXyWjToJoNeLd5O6vrkwp9Q0hR7IK_niyY6PAt3XDuqTlX1QLj5EHNHyZWb-vFdlHPPRFIEwElx_2wu6X6hl86tZd4nV5dRTwG4bd2yxE_cbizCyiJYDvalw93ORVq-ExM1hDbzxQ_m7XuofjqqIeSdS-mtdw08Vp8stxlcNMOg/s756/CelebRookie679Seacrest.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="756" data-original-width="541" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEggubM5vzBbYa3A6cFMNXyWjToJoNeLd5O6vrkwp9Q0hR7IK_niyY6PAt3XDuqTlX1QLj5EHNHyZWb-vFdlHPPRFIEwElx_2wu6X6hl86tZd4nV5dRTwG4bd2yxE_cbizCyiJYDvalw93ORVq-ExM1hDbzxQ_m7XuofjqqIeSdS-mtdw08Vp8stxlcNMOg/s320/CelebRookie679Seacrest.jpg" width="229" /></a></div>Although his resume isn't as varied as Seacrest's. Ralph Strangis is a 7-time Emmy Award winning NHL play-by-play broadcaster. He started in the 1990-91 season with the Minnesota North Stars, moving with them to Dallas and finally retiring after the 2014-15 season. On his personal side, he was a contestant on <i>Press Your Luck</i> in 1984 and won $7,431 in cash and prizes. Of course, Strangis wore a Stars jersey to get on a Celebrity Jersey Card.<div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsfvXhkb94dmkrF-Hg8rQqSTmbJw_saxff34wnOV_5-oHWvidUU9yc_fbjTurSvauBo6Sxt9_ePou7cfAo7xeYjoWj3QD0OByauRIZh2c2kFX5xfCFWBj2Q75kjPoKa_Y58qo3SEyakaGeoHc7_U_yV5N11hIWoWwPByBHN6cQ1bOfC_e59CdqfEJB2Mc/s663/CelebRookie679Strangis.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="663" data-original-width="475" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsfvXhkb94dmkrF-Hg8rQqSTmbJw_saxff34wnOV_5-oHWvidUU9yc_fbjTurSvauBo6Sxt9_ePou7cfAo7xeYjoWj3QD0OByauRIZh2c2kFX5xfCFWBj2Q75kjPoKa_Y58qo3SEyakaGeoHc7_U_yV5N11hIWoWwPByBHN6cQ1bOfC_e59CdqfEJB2Mc/s320/CelebRookie679Strangis.jpg" width="229" /></a></div></div>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-66131741699165703092024-03-16T06:00:00.000-05:002024-03-17T07:34:20.432-05:00Nick Hausman and Haus of Wrestling<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I met Nick Hausman more than a decade ago. Since then, he has been all over the wrestling scene.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">If you saw the legendary AEW scrum with CM Punk, you saw Nick involved. That is vintage Nick. Somehow, he is always in the thick of things.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">It's not by luck though. Nick is a hustler in the very best way. He works hard at what he does and the results are proof. He's been a manager, broadcaster, interviewer, podcaster, reporter and more.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Nick's latest project is Haus of Wrestling. The website features articles, videos, interviews and more. Like Nick, it is all over the wrestling scene and full of great info. I highly recommend it for wrestling fans. I also congratulate Nick on another excellent piece of work.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">For more info on Nick go to <b><i><a href="http://HausofWrestling.com">HausofWrestling.com</a></i></b>. Also, follow <i><b><a href="https://www.facebook.com/HausOfWrestling" target="_blank">Haus of Wrestling on Facebook</a></b></i>.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

I will keep writing about her, because she is just that good. I want all to know about her.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I first met Ali many years ago at a comic con. Since she is a Chicagoan, I assume it was a Chicago comic con, but she does do cons in other cities. I was first captured by her cool pet portraits. You can see some of the pet portraits behind me in the picture. She did such fun versions of pets, I recommended her to several friends who got commissions.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">A few years later, I got her to do a version of my Johngy character, which became my first alternate version shirt. I loved it.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Since then, I have seen her do all sorts of work. She brightens up Chicago with awesome wall murals inside and outdoors. CantarellaMania is spreading in Chicago and rightly so.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">She is also a blast on social media. Whether posting her latest projects, playing with her pup Topo or any of her other activities, Ali is always entertaining.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Go to <b><a href="http://Cantarella.ink">Cantarella.ink</a></b> for more info on Ali and her art and follow her on social media for even more fun. Lastly, go to the Johngy's Beat store at <b><a href="http://ProWrestlingTees.com">ProWrestlingTees.com</a></b> to get the Cantarella edition of the Johngy's Beat shot.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Of course, I will be there "On the Beat" all weekend..</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">One regular stop of mine at C2E2 is the Pro Wrestling Tees booth. PWT has hundreds of wrestling for purchase online, including my Johngy's Beat shirts.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">PWT brings in a few wrestlers to appear at their booth. One of the usual wrestlers is Chicago's own CM Punk. While Punk has a bit of a gruff personality at times, he has always been great at C2E2. Actually, I have met him several times elsewhere, too, and never had a bad experience with him.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">When he joined All Elite Wrestling, Punk returned to wrestling after many years away. I was at his return, which happened at the United Center in Chicago. The crowd pop was insane.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">After a few good matches and storylines, Punk's return hit the rocks. A backstage skirmish and a wild press conference have left fans wondering if he will ever return to AEW or wrestling anywhere.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I hope Punk does return. I enjoy his wrestling and his promos. Unfortunately, I don't see it happening.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I do think there is a good chance he will be at C2E2 again this year. If he's not at appearing as a wrestler, I am pretty sure he will be somewhere in the crowd, but I wouldn't bother him if I see him just meandering.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Go to <b><i><a href="http://C2E2.com">C2E2.com</a></i></b> for info, updates and schedules. Also, check <i><b><a href="http://ProWrestlingTees.com">ProWrestlingTees.com</a></b></i> for all their cool merch, including Johngy's Beat tshirts.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

While that means he is doing his job around the wrestling ring, it also is a bit silly. That's not Joey's fault though, although sometimes he revels in it.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I'm here to set the record straight. I hope this doesn't ruin his reputation (although I am sure it won't).</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I have known Joey for many years. I consider him and his wife Roxi to be great friends and awesome folks.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Joey gets under the skin of many people, but it's wrestling. Bobby "the Brain" Heenan wasn't really a weasel and he didn't hate all the good guys in wrestling. Paul Bearer wasn't actually the Undertaker's father, although he did really work at a funeral home for a while. The neck brace in the picture below is real, although the injury was not. LOL</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Joey is a muckraker. Joey does what he can for publicity for him, his group and the companies where he performs. Oh yes, he promotes the companies. Maybe others should work that hard at promoting.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Does Joey take it too far? Sometimes, maybe, but never over the line and that's Joey, not the real guy behind the gimmick.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">When Chaz Moretti, a rival manager, went through some health issues, Joey was rallying behind him on and offline. that's the real guy.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">My point is, boo Joey and Roxi all you want within the wrestling world, but separate that from reality.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Joey doesn't need me to write this, but I felt compelled. I have seen and hear too many people take his act too seriously away from the ring.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">If not, it is really your loss. He's a great guy with a tremendous sense of humor. Plus, he's a big fan of Roddy Piper and the Ramones.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Jeff Jenkins turned his love of travel into his career and he is helping others.</p><p>Although it took him a little while to develop his love of travel, once he went on an airplane and started his journeys, he was hooked. Then it was a matter of how to make a career in the travel industry. He did that by looking at himself and what was missing from the business of travel.</p><p>As a large person of color, he noticed he was under-represented in travel. With that ChubbyDiaries.com was born. An online community of larger people of color, ChubbyDiaries.com makes the world of travel more inclusive.</p><p>Jeff has an interesting story and is such a positive person. We endured a few technical issues, but we persevered and pulled together a fun and informative interview.</p><p>Look for the interview video and recap on <i>Global Traveler</i> at <b><i><a href="https://www.globaltravelerusa.com/blog/talking-travel-with-jeff-jenkins/" target="_blank">Talking Travel with Jeff Jenkins</a></i></b>. Also, get more info on Jeff at <b><a href="http://ChubbyDiaries.com">ChubbyDiaries.com</a></b>. Lastly, please subscribe to the <b><a href="https://www.youtube.com/@globaltravelermagazine" target="_blank"><i>Global Traveler</i> YouTube channel</a></b> for all sorts of interesting travel content (and to help my job security LOL).</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjo7JVnoVr8FL8R54GKZ73WWBYE4fOrVq21nej2_nwzN9CeMfL3e-EL2BtpAZfkz7drNrlM-q2eGMrRUGjLo820dSbtg46pr7bteDhPql6ga4NQGcM6xwd19y7cbTuurwjImNi8mcH6R49CM3kfLjqnjmIJC2wLEqq2IIFFPxsv8njcQQGDHyLRqcac81w/s1280/Jenkins1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="720" data-original-width="1280" height="360" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjo7JVnoVr8FL8R54GKZ73WWBYE4fOrVq21nej2_nwzN9CeMfL3e-EL2BtpAZfkz7drNrlM-q2eGMrRUGjLo820dSbtg46pr7bteDhPql6ga4NQGcM6xwd19y7cbTuurwjImNi8mcH6R49CM3kfLjqnjmIJC2wLEqq2IIFFPxsv8njcQQGDHyLRqcac81w/w640-h360/Jenkins1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><p></p>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-40646475419818841582024-03-11T06:00:00.062-05:002024-03-11T06:00:00.135-05:00Friend Encounters: Christy Hemme and Jim Strong<p>Friend Encounters is a weekly series featuring friends meeting celebrities.</p><p>Music and wrestling are two of my pal Jim's interests. Christy Hemme meets both requirements.</p><p>I have known Jim for many years. I first met him when he was photographing wrestling. We don't remember when we first met. He doesn't even remember an event we attended sometime after meeting. Although we knew each other, he doesn't even remember helping me when my camera died and he took pictures of me with wrestlers at a signing.</p><p>When I saw former wrestler Hemme was appearing at the Midwest Sports Buffet, I thought I might see Jim there and I did. (Maybe he'll even remember this meeting. LOL)</p><p>Hemme debuted in the WWF in 2004. She also worked in Impact Wrestling. Along the way, she also dabbled in music, with her band Hemme. I am a bit biased, but I really liked her music.</p><p>Hemme stepped out of the limelight for a while to have a family. She had one child, then had quadruplets. Recently, she started doing appearances. She looks fantastic and more importantly, she is as sweet as can be. She even remembered me, even though I hadn't seen her in years. Back a few years, Hemme was kind enough to do some promos for my site (which can be foun in the far left column).</p><p>Midwest Sports Buffet has small conventions about every month or so. Look for <b><a href="https://www.facebook.com/midwestsportsbuffet" target="_blank">Midwest Sports Buffet on Facebook</a></b> for more info and scheduling. He guided the Bills to four straight Super Bowls, but unfortunately came away with no wins. Still, his place as one of the greats cannot be denied. Kelly was honored at a Buffalo Sabres game, thus earning him a Celebrity Jersey Card.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiB9gqwDKGtBMKtJVj6tynKtdntlpPOYlIB830oiVKO4mA9OIaLi5ERzlkxVaSJnx71Ce57vzJPDeZrVgm09o3F7Q_btePqlPYZvgCp2OQEuDUC8egylyOw0C82MDHM0de7J73No6HQO5575FcjjwnsxmmCPVO8eC-VT4pF296OqPGAcmgptjTHxByBggQ/s784/CelebRookie678Kelly.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="784" data-original-width="559" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiB9gqwDKGtBMKtJVj6tynKtdntlpPOYlIB830oiVKO4mA9OIaLi5ERzlkxVaSJnx71Ce57vzJPDeZrVgm09o3F7Q_btePqlPYZvgCp2OQEuDUC8egylyOw0C82MDHM0de7J73No6HQO5575FcjjwnsxmmCPVO8eC-VT4pF296OqPGAcmgptjTHxByBggQ/s320/CelebRookie678Kelly.jpg" width="228" /></a></div>Before there was Wayne Gretzky or Mario Lemieux, there was Gordie Howe, aka Mr. Hockey. Howe played 32 seasons in the NHL and WHA, finally retiring at 51 years old. He actually missed two seasons, when he retired, before returning to play with his sons. Fittingly, he officially retired after the Hartford Whalers joined the NHL. Howe was part of a big celebration in San Jose, when he wore a jersey of a team that came to be a decade after he retired. Either way, it's a classic Celebrity Jersey Card for Howe.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-e4rLijm50J9Jup56-Kef8ggRmnVjekN2rlNm1KV5KQABQTEbcPqdwT5OwiKQQ7cw3AeindTScz-c3JWAoscxyduGRzel1ofJ8mIVFz288QtWBdbHDw6hyphenhyphenivyd5VXYgbAmVJjR7IQaXhASPdT6fq2hG1yl6jMFAP-OR4aceTFZ7L45t99X5iY52FCxk4/s386/CelebRookie678Howe.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="386" data-original-width="229" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-e4rLijm50J9Jup56-Kef8ggRmnVjekN2rlNm1KV5KQABQTEbcPqdwT5OwiKQQ7cw3AeindTScz-c3JWAoscxyduGRzel1ofJ8mIVFz288QtWBdbHDw6hyphenhyphenivyd5VXYgbAmVJjR7IQaXhASPdT6fq2hG1yl6jMFAP-OR4aceTFZ7L45t99X5iY52FCxk4/s320/CelebRookie678Howe.jpg" width="190" /></a></div>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-66192307490288255682024-03-09T06:00:00.000-06:002024-03-09T06:00:00.163-06:00Ant Lucia at C2E2 2023<p>C2E2 2024 returns April 26-28. I meet a lot of great celebrities at C2E2, but I also meet awesome creators, like Ant Lucia.</p><p>Ant went to school for fine arts and design. After doing small jobs, he started an internship at a state revitalization program. Then he landed a job in design. Around 2008, he developed Spookshow Pinups, his own brand of illustration. He creates all illustrations in Adobe Illustrator.</p><p>His love of vintage pin-ups is evident in his work. Some of his works that I liked best are when he combines pin-ups with pop culture items, like Count Chocula cereal. He has also done some superhero crossovers, like Batwoman, but I sadly do not see anything with Aquaman in it. That'd be a great pairing (but maybe my Aquaman bias shows again).</p><p>Ant is also engaging at comic cons. He's a great guy for a quick chat. I never want to take too much of his time, because time is money at those cons.</p><p>Go to <b><a href="http://C2E2.com">C2E2.com</a></b> for more info and scheduling. Also, go to <b><a href="http://AntLucia.com">AntLucia.com</a></b> to learn more about Ant. Fast forward to now and she is a veteran of five WNBA seasons with the Connecticut Sun. She is also an assistant coach with Penn State women's basketball.</p><p>Green Bay native Natisha was drafted by the Minnesota Lynx in the second round of the 2019 WNBA draft. She bounced around her first season, before settling in with the Sun midseason. Since then, she has been a valuable player as a starter mostly or off the bench. She averages 7.4 points, 1.9 rebounds an 2.4 assists per game. Last season, she started all 40 games.</p><p>hen I was covering the WNBA more steadily, I had the chance to do a one-on-one interview with Natisha. She was a good sport as I asked about her Marquette days and her music. Multitalented, Natisha has dabbled in music and also fashion. She was always super cool in other Zoom interview sessions, too.</p><p>Earlier this season, I saw Penn State was playing at Northwestern and I made plans, hoping to see her. After a quick pre-game greeting, she got to business and I settled in by seat almost directly behind her and the Penn State bench.</p><p>After the Nittany Lions beat Northwestern, I caught up with Natisha as she headed to the lockerroom. Although she was still busy, she still took a moment to chat.</p><p><span style="text-align: center;">A week after this day, Natisha was traded to the Minnesota Lynx. The Lynx open their season May 14 when they play in Seattle. I have June 30 circled on my calendar though. That's when the Lynx come to Chicago and I will be there hopefully to get a pic with Natisha in uniform.</span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJGEMzbmMxyTbOArKZ91jeBePZS42LPeDtQHeqAjOS9OMAiC8xRHe7Nh4TyV31u4mMgUozeLiDekHx-I9GNekuIWs3VwdWmNDSAdvXpjHynzICh2Fy73bT7U8-XJxvYV4E-Q_SS8PKdTqd7QYe8F-mSDkTlfsVpPm8dXDRq6dNGv9gXFgw-Yxp7wfpQKg/s2048/Natisha.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1536" data-original-width="2048" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJGEMzbmMxyTbOArKZ91jeBePZS42LPeDtQHeqAjOS9OMAiC8xRHe7Nh4TyV31u4mMgUozeLiDekHx-I9GNekuIWs3VwdWmNDSAdvXpjHynzICh2Fy73bT7U8-XJxvYV4E-Q_SS8PKdTqd7QYe8F-mSDkTlfsVpPm8dXDRq6dNGv9gXFgw-Yxp7wfpQKg/s320/Natisha.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Natisha Hiedeman and me in Evanston, ILJanuray 2024.</div><p></p>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-3661139089845954132024-03-07T06:00:00.001-06:002024-03-07T08:02:34.417-06:00Cards That Never Were: Harvey Bennett Sr. Beehive 1945<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Cards That Never Were is a recurring series in which I create virtual trading cards for players missed in various sets.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Harvey Bennett Sr. played goalie for the Boston Bruins in the 1944-45 season. Perhaps Bennett's most famous feat was surrendering Maurice Richard's 50th goal in 50 games. Bennett would go on to play parts of 15 seasons in a few minor leagues, most notably 11 seasons with the Providence Reds of the AHL.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Bennett has five sons who played pro hockey. Harvey Jr. and Curt had lengthy NHL careers. Bill played two seasons in the NHL. Jimmy was a 1977 draft pick of the Atlanta Flames. John played one season in the WHA. That's not quite the Sutter dynasty, but it is pretty impressive.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Harvey Sr. did not appear on any hockey cards. His NHL playing was over before Topps or others produced cards. Beehive produced postcard-type cards in 1945, but did not give one to Harvey Sr. Thereofe, I had to correct that omission.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1pzUBVt-kCa7uELzx8C_7hpfWQ3T0CXfy990nrJu5yqjzIrpIo0-9uOh6cthGI7-n8N2yaGSJ9u_viD8fkxa4Wj2cIzpDTqtH7wxIIKAD7JUXAxKQk8w9L2VnNqRtB9gEs3grQ4ufBA8/s560/HBennett1945.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="560" data-original-width="377" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1pzUBVt-kCa7uELzx8C_7hpfWQ3T0CXfy990nrJu5yqjzIrpIo0-9uOh6cthGI7-n8N2yaGSJ9u_viD8fkxa4Wj2cIzpDTqtH7wxIIKAD7JUXAxKQk8w9L2VnNqRtB9gEs3grQ4ufBA8/s320/HBennett1945.jpg" width="215" /></a></div><p></p>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-89584627540413419602024-03-06T06:00:00.001-06:002024-03-06T06:00:00.139-06:00Guy Gilchrist at Fan Expo<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Writer, artist, musician Guy Gilchrist might be best known for the comic strip <i>Nancy</i>. As iconic as that character and strip is, Gilchrist's creations go well beyond that.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">In addition to<i> Nancy</i>, he produced a Muppets comic strip for several years with his brother. He also designed logos for Minor League Baseball teams, including the Portland Sea Dogs, New Britain Rock Cats and Norwich Navigators. He also worked with the Pink Panther, Tom & Jerry, Looney Tunes, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Minnie Mouse. He has also written many children's books.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Gilchrist is one of the more popular guests at Fan Expo events. With his varied accomplishments, he appeals to a wide range of fans, including me. I first met him years ago and was so excited.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">While I lament the decline of newspapers and comic strips therein, I cherish the memories of reading them even as an adult. <i>Nancy</i> is iconic and Gilchrist was a huge part of its legacy for more than 20 years.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Fan Expo hosts several conventions across the country. Running March 29-30 in Indianapolis, it is the bext wrestling convention.</p><p>One of the wrestlers in the guest lineup is Crazzy Steve, the current TNA Digital Media Champion and a former TNA World Tag Team Champion. Trained by Eric Young, Crazzy Steve made his debut in 2003. He has wrestled on the independent scene, but mostly made his reputation in TNA/Impact Wrestling.</p><p>Quite a character inside the ring (hence the Crazzy), he is also very inspirational. Due to cataracts, he is legally blind, a situation that will not change. Still, he performs in the ring. It's an amazing accomplishment and shows his passion.</p><p>At SCX IV, the crazzy one will be joined by about 70 other wrestlers, each with their own story. There will also be panels, Q&A's, photo ops, two full nights of wrestling an more. This is THE one wrestling convention a wrestling fan needs to attend. I havebeen at the previous three and each year gets better. SCX IV looks to top them all.</p><p>Go to <b><a href="http://SquaredCircleX.com">SquaredCircleX.com</a></b> for more info and scheduling. I love this picture. I became friends with both of these men independent of the other and it is cool to see them working together.</p><p>In the interview I did with them, they stated they had talked about a comedy tour for years, but they finally got it going about a year ago. Al tells stories from his life in and out of the ring, while Vox steers the conversation and supplies great quips. They have great chemistry and it shows. They are so in sync, yet it is clearly not strictly memorized. Knowing these two, I'd say they barely have a blue print and mostly just go on tangents. Whatever their routine, it works.</p><p>Lately, Al has been busy building Ohio Valley Wrestling and the <i>Wrestlers</i> show on Netflix. Vox has been equally busy with his own comedy. Still, they appear together when time and schedules permit.</p><p>I caught up with both guys at Great Lakes Championship's Blizzard Brawl. Of course, they were up to their usual shenanigans. They had me lauging just chatting casually.</p><p>Follow <b><a href="https://www.facebook.com/davidvoxmullen" target="_blank">David Vox Mullen on Facebook</a></b> for more info on all of his performances. Today I feature older and newer broadcasters.</p><p>Born in Ontario, Rick Jeanneret was the play-by-play announcer for the Buffalo Sabres for 51 seasons. Retiring after the 21-22 season, Jeanneret had already been inducted into several Halls of Fame, including the Hockey HOF. Unfortunately, Jeanneret died about a year after his retirement. For his Celebrity Jersey Card, of course he is wearing a Sabres sweater.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg18QaG9rbUJfWJ9suQX5LR8G5gUytdMXM7TyFe_NwDx1oJ0ZzajuMd_Qs9eDtdtm8TpNZ499QHkc8yeWp-rfh71Jmnb4_iHB_hOZ-lUuaYZDnejNL-MpCeY3IyLDGebgjAv_WUyvIDRfpKBCyPE-e-1D1hanCRmTXF-tJK69G2vRxHECQ7dbevwIgpPpc/s736/CelebRookie677Jeanneret.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="528" data-original-width="736" height="230" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg18QaG9rbUJfWJ9suQX5LR8G5gUytdMXM7TyFe_NwDx1oJ0ZzajuMd_Qs9eDtdtm8TpNZ499QHkc8yeWp-rfh71Jmnb4_iHB_hOZ-lUuaYZDnejNL-MpCeY3IyLDGebgjAv_WUyvIDRfpKBCyPE-e-1D1hanCRmTXF-tJK69G2vRxHECQ7dbevwIgpPpc/s320/CelebRookie677Jeanneret.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>New York-born Josh Lewin has "only" been a broadcaster since 1991. Although his 33+ years trail Jeanneret's longevity, Lewin is well on his way to a similarly lengthy career. Lewin has done broadcasting for the MLB, NFL, NHL, college football and basketball and more. For his Celebrity Jersey Card, Lewin sports a jersey of the Nashville Predators, while enjoying a slice of pizza. Now I am hungry.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHLCmGi2A5PJlM2HMniJBA7z2DOJZucO9YO_C0578umKagGC0DnQavYeQ74DFt7L4ZZDpLTXqmYQjg0bh9MDhb7L9JV28T29xcZAzLkZiR25lelZ6Q0jZgymUye_kOrOWJvNZLxVFaZHLQpgA4ZEN_htz2A7kJ1IjfruxSczl-vuLOpL6AZiB0tXg-lcY/s543/CelebRookie677Lewin.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="543" data-original-width="390" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHLCmGi2A5PJlM2HMniJBA7z2DOJZucO9YO_C0578umKagGC0DnQavYeQ74DFt7L4ZZDpLTXqmYQjg0bh9MDhb7L9JV28T29xcZAzLkZiR25lelZ6Q0jZgymUye_kOrOWJvNZLxVFaZHLQpgA4ZEN_htz2A7kJ1IjfruxSczl-vuLOpL6AZiB0tXg-lcY/s320/CelebRookie677Lewin.JPG" width="230" /></a></div>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-77530085241563973322024-03-02T06:00:00.000-06:002024-03-02T06:00:00.127-06:00MJF and Wardlow in Character Always<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">The picture below was not poorly timed, nor was it a mistake. It is classic MJF.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Currently a top star with All Elite Wrestling, Maxwell Jacob Friedman made his pro wrestling debut in 2015. He made his way to AEW in early 2019 and has come into his own ever since. Back when this picture was taken, he was a rising star, but nowhere near the status he has now. Still, he completely stayed in character.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">His character is unique. He is an obnoxious jerk. He is known for signing and then tossing away items fan brings. He is famous for barely posing in pictures (as ween below). Promoters usually warn everyone ahead of time that MJF is MJF 100%. If you're easily offended or think he will change for you or even kids, you are wrong and should stay away.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Even as part of the press, I got nothing different from MJF. I expected nothing different.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">While a case can be made he could be slightly more engaging with fans, I have to give him credit for staying in character (keeping kayfabe) as old school wrestlers would do.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I have since met MJF a few times and he is always the same. I do wonder though if things will be different for now, as he turned into a good guy (for now), although I think and hope he will soon turn back, as he is a much better heel, even if he stays in character out of the ring.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">MJF was one of the most popular guests when he appeared at Squared Circle Expo. He will not be at this year's event, but plenty of other great wrestlers of the past and present will be there March 29-30. Of course, I'll be there, too. I'm always fan-friendly, but I don't get many (any?) fans wanting my autograph or picture.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Go to <b><a href="http://C2E2.com">C2E2.com</a></b> for more info and scheduling. She was a young fan, who loved wrestling. That love never died. In fact, it intensified.</p><p>Once she was old enough, she started training to be a wrestler. First, she worked with Tommy Else, then a tag team champ at RPro. When she progressed enough and was old enough, she started training at Freelance Wrestling Academy.</p><p>Since then, she morphed into Regan Lydale and has wrestled all over the Chicago area. She works hard, often being at shows to help even when she is not wrestling. I have seen her wrestle many times and she always impresses with her in-ring work and the fan reaction she gets.</p><p>In mid-February, Regan won her first title for Honor Among Wrestling in Iowa. I am so happy for her, as is Tommy.</p><p>She is talented, but still very young. Her future is bright, if she stays in wrestling. She has the size, look, talent and charisma needed.</p><p>It has been a pleasure following her journey. Congratulations to Regan! She truly earned this title and moment.<br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgx-ggj5vmnhXLIiKsDIJx4Y21imVWoiWsC9BQpoEzFEbn7zmeR_4nbAJvp3XrMWk9e1BbaPklVYh3OsAYbXwUtvDYzWsLxacXztdF-J9UDRF1oqZZssPIcZZ7QqLBna_C1TwBcvPoEEhpMTDYwiXrpeLiGOd5xwEXfjkH2zlsUeak4_NOMDPtgrROXjDU/s2048/422756691_7023615871049428_5165777156598386897_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2048" data-original-width="1536" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgx-ggj5vmnhXLIiKsDIJx4Y21imVWoiWsC9BQpoEzFEbn7zmeR_4nbAJvp3XrMWk9e1BbaPklVYh3OsAYbXwUtvDYzWsLxacXztdF-J9UDRF1oqZZssPIcZZ7QqLBna_C1TwBcvPoEEhpMTDYwiXrpeLiGOd5xwEXfjkH2zlsUeak4_NOMDPtgrROXjDU/s320/422756691_7023615871049428_5165777156598386897_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Regan Lydale and me in Chicago, IL-February 2024.</div><p></p>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-59664861187894930822024-02-29T06:00:00.033-06:002024-02-29T06:00:00.147-06:00Jason Metcalf at C2E2 2017<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">C2E2 returns to Chicago April 26-28. Hundreds of celebrities and creators will be meeting fans, including me.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Illustrator Jason Metcalf is a freelance artist, who has focused on cover art. He states he has a "soft spot for high fantasy projects, especially with a spiritual undertone." Of course, he has done other work, including commissions. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I met Jason at C2E2 several years ago. His superhero pinups caught my eye. Even though I did not see an Aquaman, I still enjoyed his beautiful work. As I always say, if an artist stands out in Artist Alley, he must be doing something really cool. Jason's work stood out and the more I saw, the more I liked.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Jason is not listed among the creators at C2E2 so far, but there is still plenty of time. Even if he isn't returning, there are many other awesome creators there.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Go to <b><a href="http://C2E2.com">C2E2.com</a></b> for more info. Also, go to JasonMetcalf-Art.com for more about Jason. Lastly, check here for my recurring coverage.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

At one time, this area was a hotbed for pro wrestling. There were wrestling conventions on the east coast, North Carolina, Florida and elsewhere, but nothing around here.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Then Adolfo (and his crew) changed that.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">A veteran of the comic con scene, Adolfo teamed with his wife Carrie and married friends Ed and Heather (semi-retired wrestlers and convention veterans) to launch Squared Circle Expo in Indianapolis in 2021. Since then it has grown in size and popularity.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">SCX is everything you'd want in a wrestling convention. The two day event features 60+ wrestlers appearing for meet-and-greets, panels, Q&As and photo ops. Some even wrestle, along with enough other independent wrestlers to fill a full wrestling card.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I have never seen convention guests in such good moods. All of the wrestlers actually look like they enjoy being there. Usually, there are a handful of celebs who are polite, but not very engaging. This is not so at SCX. I have never had a bad experience with any of the wrestlers and I have met more than 250 at the first three shows.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Credit goes to Adolfo and his team. They are an amazing bunch. They are incredibly hard-working, passionate and fun. They know how to party, but they know when to work.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">I highly encourage every wrestling fan to attend SCX. I will be there March 29-30. "The Mouth of the South" never seems to age nor does he lose energy. </p><p>Hart turned 80 on January 1. Look at him in the picture (okay, he was "only" 78 in that pic). That was after a few hours or a meet-and-greet at Blizzard Brawl. I think Hart signed more autographs than anyone. I am pretty sure he was out there longer than anyone.</p><p>Hart had success in the 60s with The Gentrys music band. From there he crossed over into wrestling. He worked with so many legends, like Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Bret Hart and of course, Jerry Lawler and Andy Kaufman during that famous angle.</p><p>If you have any doubt about his energy or youthful looks, come to Squared Circle Expo IV March 29-30 in Indianapolis. Hart is one of about 70 legends and current wrestling stars attending. Hart will be there, with iconic megaphone in hand, ready to meet the thousands of fans in attendance. </p><p>SCX is a fantastic two day event, full of meet-and-greets, panels, Q&A's, photo ops, a full wrestling card and much more. I have gone every year and it keeps getting better, which seems as impossible as Hart being so youthful. Again, if you don't trust my word, come to SCX IVC and see all of it.</p><p>Go to <b><a href="http://SquaredCircleX.com">SquaredCircleX.com</a></b> for more info. Their story is amazing and my connection was a bit unexpected and certainly a bit out of left field (to borrow a baseball pun).</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">After I interviewed Jody Davis, another Cubs legend, John contacted me about connecting him to Davis. John was writing a book on Hundley and wanted a quote from Davis, who came along a few years after Hundley. Once connected, John and I stayed in touch. He also asked me about my writer friend George Castle.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">John actually met Hundley years before, when he was a youngster asking for an autograph. Flash forward many years and John connected with Hundley at a fantasy camp. They bonded and became friends. Eventually, Hundley asked John to help write his book.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">All of those factors combined to produce <i>Ironman</i>, Hundley's autobiography. <i>Ironman</i>, was released several months ago and is a must for any Cubs or baseball fan. To my surprise, John and Hundley listed me in the acknowledgements of the book. You can learn more about the book in my interview with John at On the Beat With John St. Augustine.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Look for John on social media to order an autographed copy. You can also buy <i>Ironman</i> at any major book seller.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheU6VH5_aqMUEEPBTgcLzncfWL5AsZDdDGenC3g8QBDoBUI_ktIzGNjrbq601jySuzeKrkLnGvoEMifnNx_XR3zOvgcbzDerutnTp78vt5UMofJqL-wftGCM9vM3xAP169v-xX8O7eAejaMQtmVTFh5qoS5wThBKDEXrphXDJEhIeuoozkSptid0vW1Vk/s960/193505163_469977967426005_7498039560722447389_n.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="720" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheU6VH5_aqMUEEPBTgcLzncfWL5AsZDdDGenC3g8QBDoBUI_ktIzGNjrbq601jySuzeKrkLnGvoEMifnNx_XR3zOvgcbzDerutnTp78vt5UMofJqL-wftGCM9vM3xAP169v-xX8O7eAejaMQtmVTFh5qoS5wThBKDEXrphXDJEhIeuoozkSptid0vW1Vk/s320/193505163_469977967426005_7498039560722447389_n.jpg" width="240" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Randy Hundley and John St. Augustine in Chicago, IL-Summer 1992.</div><p></p>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-26902696567311267202024-02-25T06:00:00.036-06:002024-03-01T14:49:45.020-06:00Celebrity Jersey Cards #676 The Rock & Scott Hall<p>Celebrity Jersey Cards is a weekly series in which I create virtual trading cards for celebrities wearing sports jerseys.</p><p>Third generation wrestler Dwayne Johnson Is probably the biggest crossover star to the mainstream. Along with real-life buddy Kevin Nash and Hulk Hogan, Hall was an original member of the New World Order, a group who took wrestling by storm in the mid-1990s. Unfortunately, Hall fought his demons, which eventually ended his life prematurely. Appropriately, Nash is with Hall on his Celebrity Jersey Card.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvlv7VD57dCh18I3XwwlKDq7KemDU_q_1suqR-YH33cADH-1KEZchMX1fs11HFn7FooWkPlG-5bl6Z81NraNDNun41TG9tUpW2L5ahhG8xXWQOJ1O2ja-lvYVgATBs0jUG-xCuCSbgzZdkGxuECugxXLCcsH5DAm4RT_Exy2J9b2se9THyF3mjpqOIACY/s728/CelebRookie60ScottHall.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="728" data-original-width="518" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvlv7VD57dCh18I3XwwlKDq7KemDU_q_1suqR-YH33cADH-1KEZchMX1fs11HFn7FooWkPlG-5bl6Z81NraNDNun41TG9tUpW2L5ahhG8xXWQOJ1O2ja-lvYVgATBs0jUG-xCuCSbgzZdkGxuECugxXLCcsH5DAm4RT_Exy2J9b2se9THyF3mjpqOIACY/s320/CelebRookie60ScottHall.jpg" width="228" /></a></div>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7765094200998228719.post-62887786112945953092024-02-24T06:00:00.024-06:002024-02-24T06:00:00.156-06:00Pinfalls: WWE Elimination Chamber 2024<p>WWE's Elimination Chamber streams live from Perth, Western Australia, at 5:00 a.m. ET/2:00 a.m PT on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else. I have even written about her talented father, Harry Reinhart. Today, I am featuring another musical family member.</p><p>I have seen Haley's younger sister Angie a few times at Haley's concerts. Sometimes, she worked Haley's merch table. At the December show, Angie (father Harry and mother Patty) joined Haley on stage.for a song. It was the first time I saw the whole family on stage.</p><p>Angie is a musician, too. She is part of the Alright Maybes, a local band. Although I have not had the pleasure of seeing them in person, I have heard them many times via YouTube videos.</p><p>When Haley came out for pictures with fans after the show, the photog was Angie. I took the opportunity to tell her how much I enjoyed her music. A few days later, I asked her for a Zoom interview. She showed interest, but we have yet to schedule a date. (If Angie see this, let this serve as my public plea for that interview). Angie was just as sweet as Haley. This whole family is such a pleasure. They are immensely talented, but so down to Earth.</p><p>Soon, I will see Angie play at some venue in the Chicago area. Hopefully I will also get that interview.</p><p>Until then, check <b><a href="http://TheAlrightMaybes.com">TheAlrightMaybes.com</a></b> for more info on Angie. Keep checking here for that elusive interview.</p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZmHGrqA49W_CcdCvDcX1IG9MQKFcU85-c6O73RKmpmHYUxo5Vj26ZMoKTg_1QqlgCoJHf4gaCClvbq3TmC8rmRcJg1JzdtPiCfaqBL7VEtiNkvZKxvxKLJY7-TxEUssZu5Yze3_zBhyb_mbkVQH5mavYu58d6gUQViORNXsDmrqqCMilzaadDzC7wW7w/s2048/404985000_771742244992871_3969907534595335987_n.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1536" data-original-width="2048" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZmHGrqA49W_CcdCvDcX1IG9MQKFcU85-c6O73RKmpmHYUxo5Vj26ZMoKTg_1QqlgCoJHf4gaCClvbq3TmC8rmRcJg1JzdtPiCfaqBL7VEtiNkvZKxvxKLJY7-TxEUssZu5Yze3_zBhyb_mbkVQH5mavYu58d6gUQViORNXsDmrqqCMilzaadDzC7wW7w/s320/404985000_771742244992871_3969907534595335987_n.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Angie Reinhart and me in Skokie, IL-December 2024.</div><p></p>Johngyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18416011578421652629noreply@blogger.com0
